Hampstead Park Capital Management was founded by Dan Friedberg in 2016 and is based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Prior, Dan was founder and Managing Partner of Sagard Capital Partners. Over the last 15 years, led by Dan, Hampstead Park Capital and Sagard Capital invested over $750m in over 40 companies in the U.S and Canada.
Dan has served on a number of public boards including X-Rite Corporation (XRIT), GP Strategies Inc. (GPX), InnerWorkings Inc. (INWK), Hudson Global (HSON), and Performance Sports Group (PSG), and as Chairman of private companies, Integramed America, and Vein Centers of America (having taken them private).
Dan has deep experience as a strategic consultant as a partner at Bain & Company having led the New York and Canadian private equity businesses. Dan joined Bain in the London office and was a founder of the Toronto and New York offices.
Dan received his MBA from the Cornell Johnson College of Business and a Bachelor of Science honors degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in England. Dan currently is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quest Resources Holding Corporation (QRHC) on the Board of Buttonwood Network, Triphammer Investments, and USA Field Hockey.
